Set Up Technician - VCC (Vertical Continuous Cast) 6a - 2:30 p.m.

Entry level position in our foundry working with production staff on either the horizontal or vertical casting team.

Job Summary: Sets the job up from the start to include the following components: a graphite mold, water jacket coolers, and a crucible, and starter tips.

Position is physically demanding; lifting of 50+ lbs. Heavy lifting utilizes crane.

Starting pay $21 per hour. 1st shift: 6am - 2 pm

Desired skills: ability to use measuring instruments, tape measure, hammer, chisel, mechanical aptitude, understanding how components fit together.
