We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various TOPCON GPS SYSTEMS. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Duties
•Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems as required.
•Diagnose issues using appropriate tools, including an ohmmeter, to assess electrical components.
•Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex problems and develop effective solutions.
•Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
•Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance.
•Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service activities.
Skills
•Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, particularly an ohmmeter, for troubleshooting electrical issues.
•Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
•Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members.
