Job Description:

As a Mobile Service Technician at Echo One Adventures, you will be an integral part of our team, bringing your technical skills and dedication to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality service. Your role will be essential in delivering off-grid power solutions, helping our customers achieve energy independence with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Relevant Experience: Prior hands-on experience working with RVs, vehicles, or similar systems is preferred, as it will provide the technical foundation needed for this role. Familiarity with electrical systems or off-grid power systems is a plus.

Strong Comprehension and Execution: Demonstrated ability to accurately follow detailed instructions and technical guidelines is essential. You must possess the capacity to implement complex installation processes with precision, ensuring optimal system performance.

Physical Stamina and Safety Awareness: This position requires the physical ability to lift and maneuver equipment weighing up to 100 lbs, as well as confidently work at heights, including climbing ladders. A commitment to safety practices and protocols is critical.

Communication and Customer Service: Excellent verbal communication skills, paired with a customer-focused attitude, are key. You will need to engage with clients, providing clear explanations and guidance to ensure satisfaction and trust in our services.

Valid Driver’s License: A current, valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required, as you will be responsible for traveling to client locations.

Willingness to Travel: This role involves regular travel within the designated service areas, requiring flexibility and adaptability to meet client needs in various locations.
