Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge in maintaining and repairing systems. Full training will be provided to educate and learn about our misting and humidification equipment. This role requires a hands-on approach, with responsibilities that include heavy lifting, assembly, and basic plumbing. A commitment to excellent customer service is essential as you will be interacting with clients to address their needs effectively.
Responsibilities
•
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
•
Assemble and disassemble machinery as needed, following schematics and technical drawings.
•
Utilize power tools safely and efficiently for various repair tasks.
•
Conduct thorough inspections to identify issues and recommend solutions.
•
Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
•
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
•
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
•
Adhere to safety protocols.
Requirements
•
Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in a mechanic environment preferred.
•
Ability to lift objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks.
•
Familiarity with power tools, schematics, and assembly processes is ideal
•
Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
•
Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction - written and spoken English is a must.
•
A proactive attitude towards learning new techniques and technologies in the field.
•
Previous experience in a similar role is good .

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00-$29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
