- Meaningful Work: Be the central hub for VIP’s service operations, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and clients receive outstanding support.
· Monitor, assign, and track incoming service tickets for metering support
· Request site access details and contact information from clients or partners as needed
· Collect and organize project and service scope data, including offline meter lists
· Create and update service tickets in internal platforms (e.g., Monday.com)
· Assist with coordinating accommodations and technical equipment for field teams
· Post finalized service reports into internal systems such as Jira
· Support coordination with third-party vendors and partners for scheduling or ticket updates
· Add tickets to technician schedules in collaboration with the PM and field teams
· Update the Head-End System (HES) with meter or service-related changes
· Review field reports and documents for accuracy and completeness to meet Quality Management System requirements
· Previous experience in service coordination, customer support, or operations
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
· Familiarity with service ticketing systems (e.g. Jira, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or internal platforms)
· Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools quickly
· Knowledge of metering systems or utility services
