Senior Technology Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Senior Technology Project Coordinator to join a dynamic Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). This hybrid role requires local candidates able to work 2+ days onsite in Seattle, WA.

The Senior Technology Project Coordinator will support the delivery of small projects/programs and assist with district-wide technology and strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills who can balance technical knowledge with project coordination expertise.

Responsibilities

- Support and manage the delivery of small-scale projects and assist with district-wide programs.

- Refine project plans, timelines, and identify risks or constraints.

- Collaborate closely with Project Managers on technical and strategic initiatives.

- Facilitate meetings for diverse groups, both in-person and virtually.

- Provide effective reporting, communication, and documentation to stakeholders.

- Act as a liaison with technical teams to support project execution and decision-making.

- Handle scheduling, note-taking, data analysis, and preparation of reports/presentations.

- Maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.

- Perform other project-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- 3–5 years of project management or project coordination experience (5+ preferred).

- Bachelor’s degree in education, business, technology, or related field; or equivalent combination of education/experience.

- 2 years of experience facilitating meetings for diverse groups (in-person & online).

- Experience working in an educational or public sector environment highly desired.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint), Teams, SharePoint, Forms, Adobe Acrobat.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work with diverse teams, students, families, and community members.

- Understanding of project lifecycle and methodologies such as Agile.

Certifications (Highly Desired)

- PMI Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).

- ITIL Foundation 4 certification is a plus.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $42.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
