Job Summary

Senior Talent and Organizational Development Consultant plays a pivotal role in driving talent growth and organizational alignment. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, managing and evaluating talent development programs, including performance management to enhance employee growth, engagement, and retention at Alliant Energy. Additionally, this position recommends and leads organizational development strategies that enhance company performance and effectiveness fostering a resilient, high-performing and positive workplace culture.

Pay Range:

$83,000-$114,000

This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
