We are seeking a
Sr. Talent Development Specialistwho will design, implement, and support comprehensive talent development initiatives across our organization. This role is pivotal in establishing and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards, managing a robust Learning Management System (LMS), and coordinating multiple training projects under an effective project management framework. The successful candidate will leverage the ADDIE model to ensure that training programs are effective, scalable, and aligned with organizational needs.
- Create, document, and deploy SOPs that standardize training processes. Establish and enforce quality metrics to ensure operational excellence and compliance across training initiatives.
-Oversee administration and continuous improvement of the LMS, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and compliance. Optimize LMS functionalities to support evolving training requirements.
(Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) to develop, deliver, and refine training programs. Conduct needs assessments and evaluate training outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
by utilizing traditional project management methodologies alongside the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation).
– Manage and coordinate talent management programs that align training initiatives with overall business objectives and workforce planning. Develop and implement process & structure to ensure these programs are consistent, scalable, and effective.
- Develop strong relationships with HR, operations, safety, and other key departments. Serve as the primary liaison communicating training initiatives, updates, and best practices across the organization.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and training metrics to assess program effectiveness. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
