Job Description:

Northwinds Service Group is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Development Coordinator for their Rochester, NY, corporate location. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively supporting a recruiting and selection process across multiple partner companies.

What can we offer you?

The starting base hourly pay range for this position is $23 - $25. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package for the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the range provided.
