Description

Under general supervision, supervise, coordinate and control the safe and efficient operation of an assigned work unit through subordinate Supervisors.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred

- Proven track record in safety management, including hazard identification, risk assessment, and implementation of safety protocols.

- Proficient in equipment management and optimizing equipment performance.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of effectively guiding and mentoring team members.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and challenges.

- Commitment to continuous improvement, with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing operational efficiencies.

- Skilled at prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient and effective operations.

- Experience in delegating tasks to team members to maximize productivity and performance.

Criteria/Conditions

What We Offer You

The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $101,000.00 - $141,000.00 This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
