The Senior Staff Application Services Professional, working independently with limited supervision, is responsible for conducting and documenting complex Application Services projects and provides IT system support and maintenance related to software, applications, and databases. The role conducts advanced maintenance tasks, including data backups, system updates, and proactive performance tuning. The role plays a key role in the evaluation and testing of new software applications, providing strategic insights for adoption decisions. The role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze advanced user requirements for complex system enhancements. The role contributes to the design and implementation of advanced application security measures and data protection protocols.
