Weatherford is seeking a dynamic and experienced

to join our Talent Acquisition team in Houston. This role is pivotal in driving strategic hiring initiatives across engineering, operations, technical, and corporate functions. As a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR partners, the Senior Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, ensuring the delivery of top-tier talent aligned with Weatherford’s operational and strategic goals.

Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Western Hemisphere

- Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and HRBPs, developing a deep understanding of business needs, workforce plans, and role requirements.

- Lead full-cycle recruitment for experienced hire positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

- Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for critical and hard-to-fill roles.

- Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and consultative guidance to improve hiring outcomes and workforce planning.

- Ensure a seamless candidate experience and promote Weatherford’s employer brand throughout the recruitment process.

- Collaborate with global and Geozone HR teams and COEs to align recruitment efforts with broader HR strategies.

- Champion equitable and competitive compensation practices in partnership with HR and Total Rewards.

- Maintain accurate and timely data in the Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and other TA systems.

Qualifications

Required:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. - 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years in a Senior Recruiter capacity.

- Proven success recruiting for corporate, technical, and leadership roles.

- Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills.

Preferred

- Experience recruiting within the global energy or oilfield services industry.

- Proficiency in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
