Industrial Construction Solutions, Inc is a growing company in Belle Glade, FL which serves our customer's industrial concrete needs. We have a long rich history of tackling large complex concrete construction projects for many customers including the Sugar Mills, Florida Core of Engineers, Florida Power and Light and others. We are a dynamic team where everyday includes a fun mix of working at jobs sites (outdoors) and in the office.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing all schedules and deliverables for assigned projects. Mentors Junior Project Managers for technical advisement to determine scope and tasks.

Duties:

-Interact with customers to determine project requirements, scope of work and due dates to develop project schedules

-Bid and estimate creation

-Coordinate crew and subcontractor schedules to meet customer needs

-Schedule concrete pours

-Order material deliveries in support of assigned projects

-Work with Crew Chiefs to ensure daily task list support schedules

-Submit daily logs for assigned projects

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets

- Work well with team members: Crew Chiefs, Customers, Subcontractors and GC's

- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise

- Ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations

- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders

-up to 20% travel

Qualifications:

-10 years Construction Experience

-Ability to work in-person at our office in Belle Glade Florida and visit customer jobs sites

-Billingual (English & Spanish)

-US Citizen or Permanent Resident

-Experience using Project Management Software (Gantt Charts/Earned Value Management)

-Ability to work as a team member

-Self driven and able to work independantly

-Proficient in construction math, blueprint reading and proficient in the means and methods of construction

-OSHA 40
