Senior Construction Superintendent

About us

We are Developers and General Contractors for high end shore homes with occasional remodels or light commercial work. We prefer quality over quantity building 4-6 homes per year with an average of 6-8 homes in motion at any one time. We focus primarily in the Ventnor, Margate, Longport area of NJ but will extend into other areas on the SE New Jersey shore points.

Our work environment:

Responsibilities: Running the day to day operations on site for high end shore homes - Scheduling and managing subcontractors and in house crew - Reading blueprints and specifications - Ordering materials - Set up and organize inspections - Job safety - Close out and punchlist with customers.

Skills: Basic computer skills such as word, excel, pdf and email - General knowledge of all trades involved in residential construction - Bluprints and specifications - Managing on site crews - Good communication with customers - English with Spanish a plus.

Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in the superintendent / supervisor field required. Starting salary determined by experience.

Pay: $72,038.00 - $83,272.00 per year
