We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - Data and Agentic Operations to join our Data & Analytics team. This position will drive the product strategy and execution for our next-generation data center energy management system's automated operations capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial IoT, workflow automation, AI/ML systems, and will work closely with engineering, operations, and solutions architecture teams to define and deliver agentic workflow features that transform how data centers manage power infrastructure. This position will be based remotely and requires someone who can bridge technical implementation with business requirements while managing complex multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Define product roadmap and requirements for agentic operations features including automated SOP execution, AI-driven workflow orchestration, and intelligent alarm management
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to establish semantic data models and tagging strategies that enable autonomous decision-making systems
- Partner with AI/ML engineers to translate operational workflows into multi-agent architectures using Azure AI Foundry and similar platforms
- Create detailed technical specifications for workflow automation features including approval gates, rollback mechanisms, and audit trails
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Solutions Architecture, and Platform teams to ensure seamless integration of agentic capabilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews with data center operators to identify automation opportunities and validate product features
- Develop success metrics and KPIs for measuring the effectiveness of automated operations including MTTR reduction and SOP compliance
- Manage product backlog prioritization balancing technical debt, new features, and operational reliability requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in technical product management, preferably in industrial IoT, energy management, or infrastructure automation- Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration platforms and understanding of event-driven architectures
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, or similar) to review code and understand technical implementations
- Experience with AI/ML platforms and multi-agent systems, including LLM-based workflows
- Strong understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns for distributed systems
- Demonstrated ability to write clear technical specifications and user stories
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders
- Travel may be required up to 15%, depending on business needs
- Solar Industry experience (Renewable)
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure Digital Twins, or Microsoft Fabric
- Knowledge of industrial protocols (OPC-UA, Modbus, MQTT) and SCADA systems
- Experience with GitOps workflows and infrastructure as code practices
- Familiarity with data center operations, power management systems, or critical infrastructure
- Understanding of OpenTelemetry, semantic tagging, and observability platforms
- Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements for critical infrastructure
- Agile/Scrum certification or demonstrated experience with agile methodologies
