We are seeking an experienced

with a strong background in

within the commercial nuclear industry. This role involves leading complex, multi-site turbine replacement projects, including both

and

turbine systems.

The ideal candidate brings proven leadership, field execution oversight, and technical acumen to manage major capital fleet projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee full lifecycle turbine replacement projects across multiple nuclear sites.

- Ensure project milestones, budgets, and safety standards are met or exceeded.

- Coordinate with site personnel, vendors, and subcontractors during onsite visits (typically 1 week/month, occasionally 2).

- Report regularly on project status, risks, and deliverables.

- Maintain compliance with nuclear regulatory and QA/QC standards.

Requirements:

- 10–15 years

of experience in the

commercial nuclear industry

.

- Direct experience with

turbine/generator

systems, especially

turbine replacement (LP & HP)

.

- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple site projects with minimal supervision.

- PMP certification

preferred.

Contract Details:

- 2-year initial contract

, with a strong likelihood of

5 years

of continued engagement based on performance and project needs.

- Travel required:

1–2 weeks/month
