The Nuclear Company is seeking a Project Manager who is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the successful completion of nuclear projects related to The Nuclear Company. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include ensuring safety and promoting a strong nuclear safety culture, developing comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, overseeing project execution and monitoring progress, supporting and directing the permitting process, monitoring subcontractors, ensuring quality assurance, and preparing regular reports on project status and financial performance. Experience required includes a bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or related field, 5+ years in project management preferably in energy infrastructure, proven track record on multi-million-dollar construction sites, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in project management tools, knowledge of regulatory and permitting processes, ability to work under pressure, PMP certification preferred, prior government funded project experience, nuclear projects background, and familiarity with Construction Industry Institute best practices.
