Snohomish County PUD is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Systems to lead a technology team focused on delivering and continuously improving customer-facing solutions. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of supporting employees through high-profile projects, strategic planning, and clear communication of complex business priorities. Candidates must excel at mentoring teams, building strong stakeholder partnerships, and managing vendor relationships. Outstanding leadership and communication abilities are essential, experience in Meter to Cash utility processes strongly preferred.
The Senior Manager, Customer Systems expertly leads the staff responsible for managing customer-facing technology for Meter to Cash processes, Energy Efficiency programs, Customer Self Service tools, Outage/Alert Management Communications and Telephony systems. Oversees technology, systems, and applications within the Customer and Energy Services (CES) Division; including systems customers directly interact with to conduct business, or tools utilized by CES employees to interact directly with customers. Key liaison with District partners to plan, influence and improve business technologies; as well as implement emerging technologies. Ensures progress towards strategic initiatives, monitors and ensures accountability to budgets and timelines, prioritizes potential technology enhancements to ensure maximum return for investment, and drives continuous technical improvements in CES.
· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or related field,
Four (4) years of progressively more responsible project implementation experience in information technology, customer systems support, customer service or related;
· Eight (8) years of progressively more responsible project implementation experience in information technology, customer systems support, customer service or related.
