Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, mechanical knowledge, and experience in property maintenance. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

•

Install and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units, furnaces, and refrigeration systems.

•

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC/R equipment to determine necessary repairs or replacements.

•

Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively.

•

Weld and plumb as needed for installation or repair of HVAC components.

•

Collaborate with property management teams to address HVAC-related concerns in residential or commercial properties.

•

Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory of parts used.

•

Adhere to safety protocols while working with hazardous materials such as refrigerants.

Skills

•

Proficient in HVAC/R systems with a solid understanding of mechanical principles.

•

Ability to weld and plumb effectively for various installation needs.

•

Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues quickly and accurately.

•

Experience as a service technician in the HVAC industry is preferred.

•

EPA Certification required, will provide access to training and testing if needed

•

Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

•

Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
