Senior HVAC Technician

Key Responsibilities:

- Run scheduled service and maintenance calls for residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment, ensuring quality workmanship.

- Perform preventative maintenance on heating and cooling systems to optimize performance.

- Educate customers on system operation, maintenance, and energy efficiency.

- Offer and close maintenance agreements to homeowners and business owners.

- Recommend and sell system upgrades, replacements, and additional services.

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professionalism and clear communication.

- Accurately document service calls, recommendations, and sales in Service Titan.

- Stay up-to-date on HVAC technology, tools, and industry best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
