Senior Global Product Manager - TSC

As a Sr. Global Product Manager for the Westinghouse Training, Simulation, and Control Rooms (TSC) business line, you will be responsible and accountable for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle of the Westinghouse TSC offerings, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements and market intelligence, defining the product strategy, and provides key support to the Westinghouse Regional Growth Centers, Sales & Global Markets. You will be expected to work closely with the global BUs GOS, D&I, account teams and marketing to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met for the business. This will include supporting the Profit & Loss (OE Growth, Margin as Sold %, Innovation IRR, etc.) for the TSC product line. You must also ensure that the product strategy supports Westinghouse’s overall strategy and goals.

Your Day to Day:

- Assess & analyze the market & competitive landscape, define and implement product strategy & roadmap to grow WEC market share

- Articulate WEC value proposition and differentiation, support account, sales & tendering teams to develop leads and opportunities

- Own product heatmap & drive demand creation priorities

- Own product lifecycle management & drive NPI project to meet business case objectives

- Responsible for planning and delivering yearly global product orders entered while closely working with Global Markets and LTO sales to ensure product OE planning is aligned with customer OE plans

- Support Delivery P&L to establish consistent tendering processes & tools

- Support Tendering team for technical clarification, product pricing strategy, and WEC value proposition with customer

- Interface directly with customers for demand creation in coordination with other front-line teams

- Collaborate across the TRS organizations to align and drive consistent priorities

- Drive Sales Pacing with TRS Regional teams, Global Markets & BU Sales to meet quarterly product line OE objectives

- Support data collection for KPIs and standard reporting

Who You Are:

- B.S. degree in engineering or business management, information technology or computer science

- 7+ years of experience in product management, business or operations with increasingly progression and complexity and levels

- Strong understanding of financials in general (relationship of sales, margin and OE), the generation of financial plans and how to positively impact margin/EBITDA
