Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, this role will play a critical part in driving financial transparency, supporting strategic decision-making, and enabling operational excellence across the business. The ideal candidate is a curious, detail-oriented professional who thrives on turning data into insights and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
•Budgeting & Forecasting: Partner with department leaders and executives to support the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts that align with strategic objectives.
•District-Level Insights: Lead the execution of district-level variance analysis in collaboration with the Director of Finance and VP, Finance and Administration, providing actionable insights that guide decision-making.
•Performance Reporting: Build and enhance dashboards, KPIs, and financial tools to evaluate business performance, working closely with district managers and key stakeholders.
•Variance Analysis: Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analyses of actual results versus budget, helping leadership identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities.
•Data Integrity & Process Improvement: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data and contribute to the development of scalable, repeatable reporting processes.
•Strategic Modeling: Assist in the financial modeling of long-term business plans, scenario planning, and key investment opportunities.
•Product Profitability: Analyze product line performance and profitability trends to inform pricing, marketing, and operational strategies.
•Ad Hoc Analysis: Provide high-quality, timely analysis on special projects and evolving business questions.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
· 1+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance
· 1+ years of hands-on experience in financial modeling, including scenario analysis
· Advanced proficiency in Excel; ability to build models from scratch
· Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
· Effective communicator with the ability to synthesize complex data for non-financial stakeholders
· Comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-paced remote environment
· Implementation of ERP systems is a plus
· Power BI or similar business intelligence tool experience is a strong plus
· 3-5 years of Microsoft Dynamics experience required

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
