Senior Director, SIOP

The Linear Motion Division and Micro Motion Division are major contributors to the Automation Motion Segment, with approximately 2,500 global associates. There are 9 main sites for Linear Motion located across the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean, & Europe and 4 sites for Micro Motion located in India and North America.

The Senior Director of Materials Management will lead excellence around material supply planning, supplier relationships, and in-plant materials management, and be a key member of the division leadership team.

This leadership position will focus on improving material flow by balancing demand and supply through the maturity of SIOP, demand planning, master scheduling, material planning, inventory management, production control, and logistics processes. This role is accountable for the supply and movement of all materials from their source to the point of use on the assembly line, actively planning and executing to achieve productivity and efficiency targets as well as managing risk and generating cost savings to achieve the strategic goals of the business.
