Senior Director Corporate Finance

The Senior Director of Corporate Finance plays a crucial role in shaping the financial future of NYPA and its affiliates by leading and managing complex projects focused on treasury, corporate financing, project financing, and financial planning. In this role, the Senior Director will work closely with the CFO, Treasurer, and Senior Advisor for Renewable Energy to identify financing needs and design optimal financial solutions and receive support of an analytical team to aid in decision-making for both new and existing financing products. Additionally, the Senior Director will develop and implement execution strategies, lead a cross-functional team across various organizational levels, and collaborate with other business units to ensure that all NYPA projects achieve the best financial outcomes and appropriate risk allocation.

Responsibilities

The New York Power Authority is committed to providing fair, competitive, and market-informed compensation. The estimated salary range for this position is: $166,000-$228,800. The salary offered will be determined based on the successful candidates’ relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
