As Motiva's Counsel to the Major Capital Projects & Procurement teams, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with Motiva's Business Development, Major Capital Projects, and Supply Chain organizations to deliver major refining and/or chemicals projects.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary legal advisor to the Major Capital Projects organization and coordinate the provision of other legal services by Motiva Legal (relating to HSSE, HR, Tax, Compliance, etc.) to all capital projects throughout the company. Although the position will be based in Motiva's offices in downtown Houston, the incumbent may be required to visit the Port Arthur Manufacturing Complex to work with project personnel and address/resolve contract disputes as projects progress.
