Job Summary (includes but is not limited to the following, other duties may be assigned)
Assist the Houston Retail and Gov/Reg teams in daily activities. This role will report to the Assistant General Counsel of Legal, Retail and will interact with various members of the Champion Energy Services, LLC, Calpine Energy Solutions, LLC, North American Power & Gas, LLC, and Good Charlie & Co., LLC teams in Houston and San Diego. In this role, the Senior Contracts Analyst is responsible for supporting the management of contracts across all of Champion’s product lines and for providing comprehensive paralegal support to Champions’ attorneys. This position requires an individual with a strong contract management background, well-developed project management skills (including excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills) and the technical expertise necessary to understand and communicate issues associated with energy contracts.
