Develop, lead, and oversee a range of civil engineering projects, including land development, water/wastewater infrastructure, and stormwater management, taking a hands-on role in the design process.

Perform detailed civil engineering design for projects including grading, drainage, utility layout, and roadway design.
•
Lead and perform site development engineering, project management, and construction management activities, including the effective supervision and mentorship of junior staff and construction inspectors.
•
Create, review, and approve engineering designs, drawings, calculations, and specifications, ensuring technical accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project requirements by clients and regulatory agencies.
•
Oversee project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and billing processes to ensure efficient and successful project completion.
•
Contribute to business development efforts through client engagement and identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
•
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
•
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida.
•
Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering.
•
Proficiency in engineering design software including AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
•
Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable.
