Where will you work: This position will be located at our NA business headquarters at 13830 Circa Crossing Drive | Lithia, FL.
We’re seeking a Senior Buyer to coordinate purchasing operations across multiple projects and locations. In this role, you’ll drive strategic sourcing initiatives, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with established agreements and policies. You’ll serve as a key resource for facilities and project teams, supporting the development and execution of various contract types—from supplier agreements to EPCM contracts. - Partner with Corporate Services to plan and ensure scope development to include schedules, schedule of values, terms and conditions, bidder's list for all bid packages for the projects.
- Detail bid analysis and award recommendations.
- Manage supplier performance and relationships commercially, through completion of agreements.
- Develop well-structured agreements assuring Mosaic's interest utilizing Mosaic's existing tools and process.
- Work with legal to develop these agreements associated with the projects.
- Ensure agreements are executed, filed and distributed per Mosaic policy.
- Work within ISN regarding contractor conformance of
- Pursue and report cost saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Attend meetings and discussions, collect data, prepare reports, travel to site, and participate in Strategic Sourcing projects.
- High School diploma or GED
- 1+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience- Purchasing and Manufacturing experience.
- Inventory Management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline
- Supervising experience
- 5+ years of procurement experience- A competitive base salary + bonus incentives
