Summary
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team at Waukesha-Pearce Industries, LLC. In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing our business processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Responsibilities
•
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades.
•
Utilize Salesforce for customer relationship management and data analysis.
•
Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
•
Develop strategic plans to improve business processes and systems performance.
•
Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
Requirements
•
Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
•
Strong knowledge of Salesforce and customer relationship management practices.
•
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•
Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
•
Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
•
Effective communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
