Senior Manager Operations Support & Services at Calvert Cliffs Clean Energy Center in Lusby, MD.
Supervises the Operations Support and Operations Services Groups. The Operations support staff works to achieve consistently high levels of performance in the area of plant operations. Is responsible for supervising Manager Operations Service and associate work group, managing department procedures / applicable procedure owners group initiatives, FLEX and B.5.b, performance indicators, budgetary oversight, implementation of the fire protection program, and other function that are necessary to support effective operation. Routinely interfaces with site counterparts and industry peers to ensure continuous improvement. The Operations Services Group is directly involved with strategic placement of planned maintenance for all site departments. As such, the position interfaces with numerous site departments to determine optimum scheduling of work (both on-line and outage) to achieve improved plant performance and reliability
