Description:
•Provide software and transactional related customer service to the organization’s users
•Assist with supporting and optimizing the organization’s business systems through updates, upgrades, business process and user needs
•Support the Financial ERP system (functionally, technically, and strategically).
•Responsible for end user resolution of issues by researching transactional issues, identifying root causes, and driving resolutions.
•Develop reports and data for individuals
•Assist in evaluating, planning, upgrading, and implementing new technologies to translate evolving business needs into software/ERP solutions
•Assist with developing procedures for business operations and improvements
•Support all professional training of ERP system and all other company software and documentation of training materials.
•Works with all departments to support all stages of projects assigned.
•Develop and Maintain connections between Enterprise Software through various methods (API/SQL Connections)
•Develop, Create, and Modify Database Schemas, Stored Procedures, and Views in Microsoft SQL Server.
•Develop, Create, and Modify SSRS Reporting and Crystal Reports.
•Develop, Create, and Modify SSDT Packages for automation purposes.
•Assist with IT helpdesk support
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s Degree with at least +5 years experience in Information Technology/Business (preferred) OR a combination of education and work experience in the fields of Information Technology or Business
•ERP implementation Experience
•Knowledge of SQL (building queries from start to finish)
•Crystal reporting application would be a plus
•Technical and functional knowledge of ERP systems and other business software
•Possess management and leadership skills to perform planning, direction & training
•Highly proficient in problem-solving and reporting skills
•Exceptional attention to detail and deadline focused
•Strong verbal and written communication and documentation skills
•Proven ability to achieve goals and objectives both independently and in teams
•Demonstrates strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills while maintaining adaptability to priority changes
