Senior Product Support Specialist (Data Center)

Job Summary:

Provide technical support on PowerSecure MicroGrid equipment for Critical Infrastructure Systems. This role is customer-focused, requiring high decision quality, systematic analysis, and strong problem-solving skills to ensure safe and effective resolution of technical issues.

Minimum Qualifications:

(Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering may substitute 4 years of experience.)

+ PLCs, Generator Controllers, Protective Relays + Alternators and Generators + Medium Voltage NETA Maintenance and Testing + Data Center preventive maintenance and system testing
