Job Description:

A Senior Business Analyst position focused on managing and optimizing legal technology platforms, particularly DocuSign and Ironclad, while driving process improvements and implementing efficient contracting workflows across the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze and optimize legal processes

- Configure and maintain CLM tools

- Manage DocuSign administration

- Document business requirements and user stories

- Provide system training and support

- Implement process automation solutions

- Manage Agile project initiatives

- Monitor system performance

- Drive continuous improvement

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications:

Required:

- 10+ years Business Analyst experience

- Expertise in CLM tools and DocuSign

- Strong analytical abilities

- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency

- Experience with Agile methodologies

- Process automation experience

- Project management skills

- Strong communication abilities

Preferred:

- Legal or contracting domain experience

- Ironclad platform expertise

- Experience with ADO

- Change management experience

- Process improvement background

- Training development skills

- Independent work style

- Strong problem-solving abilities

- Requirements gathering expertise

Job Details:

Location: Houston, TX

Pay: $74/hr

Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days in office - transition to 4 days in office January 2026
