We are seeking a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team and daily operations. This is not your typical admin role—we’re looking for someone who can anticipate needs, solve problems, and help the entire team work smarter and faster.

Responsibilities
•Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
•Utilize DocuSign for document management and ensure timely execution of contracts and agreements.
•Handle incoming phone calls and correspondence, directing inquiries as necessary.
•Maintain organized office systems, including filing and data entry tasks.
•Assist with event planning and coordination for company meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.
•Support financial operations by managing invoices and bookkeeping tasks through QuickBooks.
•Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.
