Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong understanding of B2B environments. This role involves engaging with clients, generating leads, and managing accounts to drive business growth. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting our products and services while building lasting relationships with customers.

Duties

•

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.

Conduct technical sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing product features and benefits.

•

Manage an assigned territory, ensuring effective territory management strategies are implemented.

•

Upsell additional products and services to existing clients to maximize account potential.

•

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using Salesforce.

•

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand market trends and customer needs.

•

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

•

Develop strong relationships with key accounts through regular follow-ups and account management.

Qualifications

•

Proven experience in outside sales or technical sales, preferably in a B2B environment.

•

Strong skills in upselling, lead generation, and territory management.

•

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.

•

Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.

•

Ability to analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth.

•

Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to achieving sales targets.

•

A valid driver’s license is required for travel within the assigned territory.
