Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and personable Local Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves a mix of field and office work — including building new client relationships, maintaining existing accounts, and assisting showroom walk-ins. If you're enthusiastic about sales, customer service, and the design/construction industry, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
•Identify and open new accounts with local fabricators, contractors, designers, and builders.
•Visit existing clientele regularly to strengthen relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
•Make outbound calls to generate leads and follow up on new opportunities.
•Assist walk-in customers at our slab showroom, providing product information and sales support.
•Work in-office when not in the field to support showroom operations and administrative tasks.
•Maintain accurate client records and sales activity reports using CRM tools.
•Stay up to date on product offerings and industry trends.
Qualifications:
•Previous experience in sales, ideally in the stone, slab, construction, or design industry.
•Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
•Highly organized and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
•Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
•Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
•Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
