We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. If you’re a self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for home improvement, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
•Respond promptly to client leads, phone calls, and emails
•Meet face-to-face with clients at their homes (12–16 appointments per week) to present painting proposals and close deals (target 40–50% closing rate)
•Develop detailed and profitable estimates
•Have general construction and/or painting knowledge
•Maintain and update client records through our CRM system
•Participate in 2–3 hours of weekly meetings and workshops
•Engage in personal and professional development (books, training, etc.)
What We Offer:
•$40,000 base salary and 3% commission at sale, plus a bonus structure
•Expected earning potential: $90,000–$120,000 in year 1
•Full benefits including medical, dental, vision and IRA contributions
•Mileage reimbursement, and a car will be provided after year 1

Requirements:
What We’re Looking For:
•At least 2 years of experience in the home improvement, construction or painting industry in some capacity
•Sales experience preferred but not required
•Available Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM for estimates, with some flexibility outside of those hours
•Self-driven and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Competent with technology and CRM tools
•Basic math skills and time management abilities
•Coachable with a willingness to learn and grow
