Sales Representative / Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Representative who can wear multiple hats. This role combines sales, technical fieldwork, drafting, estimating, and project management. The ideal candidate will be comfortable visiting job sites to take precise measurements, drafting those into AutoCAD and preparing accurate quotes.

*Commission % is based on total profitable sales.

- Key Responsibilities:

- Travel to customer job sites to take accurate field measurements. (Will require site safety completion for each location.)

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, drafting, and project management.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD (required).

- Strong understanding of construction or fabrication processes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.

- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects.

- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally/regionally.

- Create detailed drawings using AutoCAD based on site measurements when applicable.

- Prepare estimates and formal quotes for customers.

- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and timelines.

- Coordinate with internal teams (fabrication, installation, purchasing, etc.).

- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.

- Maintain customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Projected Total Compensation: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
