Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and drive projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, process management, and project management methodologies. This role requires proficiency in various project management software tools such as Smartsheet, Basecamp, and Primavera. The Project Manager will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

- Develop detailed project plans that outline tasks, milestones, and resource allocation.

- Utilize project management software to track progress, manage documentation, and communicate updates with stakeholders.

- Implement Lean Six Sigma principles to optimize processes and enhance project efficiency.

- Facilitate regular project meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and adjust plans as necessary.

- Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure alignment on project objectives.

- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions.

- Prepare comprehensive reports on project status for senior management.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.

- Familiarity with product management and process management principles.

- Proficient in using project management software such as Smartsheet, Basecamp, Primavera, or similar tools.

- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma practices is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

- A bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field is preferred.
