Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) to lead the overall management, technical direction, and successful execution of assigned projects or multiple concurrent projects. The ideal candidate will ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives while maintaining compliance with cost, schedule, deliverables, and contractual obligations. Responsibilities

- Provide overall management and technical direction of single or multiple projects.

- Oversee project performance including cost, schedule, deliverables, and contractual compliance.

- Ensure the quality and timely delivery of all project deliverables.

- Enforce work standards, monitor task schedules, review work discrepancies, and supervise technical personnel.

- Recommend project hires and terminations, and communicate organizational policies, goals, and objectives to staff.

- Manage budgeting for manpower, funds, production components, computer resources, and facilities required for project implementation.

- Supervise subordinate engineers, analysts, and technical staff.

- Serve as the authorized technical interface with stakeholders and be responsible for overall project/task performance.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience and at least 2 years of progressive project management experience, including information systems development and project execution from inception to deployment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.

- Demonstrated experience in IZIS systems.

- Strong ability to manage and provide technical guidance across multiple functional areas.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (required).

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
