WHAT YOU WILL DO
•Project management across multiple disciplines.
•Direct subcontractors and self-performed work.
•Manage project schedules, including creating new schedules and updating existing ones.
•Manage administrative tasks and project execution through project management software.
•Ensure quality construction standards are followed.
•Monitor and lead compliance with building and safety regulations.
•Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
•Comply with State Group’s standards and operating procedures, including those pertaining to ISO9001:2015.
WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN OUR TEAM
•5+ years of construction project management experience.
•Experience with industrial projects up to $5 M.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
•Preferred experience managing a wide range of project sizes, from service and maintenance to large-scale, multi-disciplinary turnkey projects.
•Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
•Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
•Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
