What You’ll Do

As our Sales Department Administrator, you’ll directly support Retail, HVAC, Sewer and Generator Sales by:

Core & Retail Sales Administration

- Review and correct invoices in ServiceTitan and retail partner portals

- Process retail funding, reimbursements, and memberships

- Track & resolve invoice exceptions

- Manage licensing, permitting, and background checks in partner platforms

- Maintain materials, documents, and department organization

- Support Generac lead claiming and portal updates

Insurance Policy Eligibility Review (No License Needed)

- Review customer insurance policies to identify potential coverage

- Compare policy language to job findings

- Summarize eligibility flags for Comfort Advisors

- Maintain insurance checklists, scripts, and documentation accuracy

- Train/support sales teams on recognizing possible insurance-supported jobs

Financing Support & Revenue Assurance

- Assist with financing applications and lender submissions

- Validate accuracy before submission

- Track approvals, declines, and funding status

- Coordinate with financing partners and Accounting on AR follow-up

- Identify recurring errors to improve workflow quality

Sales Operations Support

- Assist with KPI tracking and sales reporting

- Support onboarding for new Comfort Advisors and Service Line Experts

- Assist with technology rollouts and system improvements

- Maintain documentation accuracy and compliance

What You Bring

- 2+ years of administrative, insurance, financial services, or sales support experience

- Strong reading comprehension (especially with policy language)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- High accuracy and attention to detail

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Experience with ServiceTitan (preferred)
