Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales or Hospitality professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying customer needs and delivering solutions that meet those needs.
Responsibilities
•Develop relationships with new customers to drive sales growth.
•Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening.
•Present and demonstrate products or services to customers.
•Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
Qualifications
•Hospitality experience in a service environment is preferred.
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
•Excellent verbal communication skills.
•Ability to work independently as a consultant.
•A customer-focused mindset.
•Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required.
•A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
