Qualifications
•Proven experience in sales, preferably in direct sales or territory sales roles.
•Strong account management skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
•Demonstrated success in lead generation and business development initiatives.
•Proficiency in analyzing data to make informed decisions regarding sales strategies.
•Familiarity with relevant software tools for tracking leads and managing client relationships.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
•Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.
•Technical sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
•Engage with potential customers through door-to-door outreach and outside sales efforts to generate leads and build relationships.
•Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and provide tailored solar solutions that meet their requirements.
•Educate customers about the advantages of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental benefits, and available financing options.
•Utilize software tools to manage customer information, track sales progress, and streamline communication.
•Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure a smooth sales process while maintaining company standards.
•Collaborate with team members to share best practices and develop effective sales strategies.
•Provide ongoing support to customers throughout the installation process and address any questions or concerns they may have.

•Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.
•Proven experience in solar sales or related fields is preferred.
•Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in both clients and team members.

•Ability to negotiate effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
•Experience in door-to-door sales or outside sales is highly desirable.
