Sales - Broker - Base and Commission

National Utilisource is a nationwide energy brokerage for large commercial and industrial electricity consumers. We are one of the top three players of our kind in Texas. We are looking for Brokers to add to our team that have dynamic personalities and are driven for success!

As a Junior Broker, you will prospect for new business and also maintain existing relationships to maintain our 90% client retention rate (yes.... we are that good!). If you are a self-starter, highly motivated, persistent, able to work independently, and are proficient on the telephone you have all the tools you need to be successful.

Additionally, while prior B2B experience is a plus, it is not required. That is because we know that a professional attitude, great customer service and winning negotiating/closing skills are not solely the domain of the college educated. Winners come from all walks of life!

There's the potential to earn $10,000 a month and considerably more!

Qualifications and Skills

- Ability to speak and correspond with business executives

- Educated four (4) year college preferred but not essential

- Professional and fluent in the business environment

- Proficient selling on the telephone
