Entry Level Sales Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Sales Associate to join our Company. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, as well as seeking out new opportunities within the hardware / building industries. This position is ideal for individuals who are knowledgeable in building trades with a strong mechanical aptitude and a friendly - outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.

- Exhibit phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in industrial sales is required.

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.

- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.

- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.

- Must have above average computer skills

- Marketing skills are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
