Sales Associate

Onsite to Start | Hybrid Potential OTE Year 1: $80,000–$100,000+ | Base + Uncapped Commission

Move Concierge is growing fast, and we’re hiring Sales Associates to join our high-performing sales team. If you’re a motivated, goal-driven professional who enjoys helping people and closing deals, this could be your next great opportunity.

What You’ll Do

- Make outbound calls to warm leads (no cold calling)

- Recommend home service solutions tailored to customer needs

- Build relationships and guide customers through quick sales cycles (5 days or less)

- Document call activity in Salesforce and hit weekly targets

What We’re Looking For

- Strong verbal communication skills and phone presence

- Ability to listen, ask the right questions, and overcome objections

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment

- Sales or customer service experience preferred

- Spanish-speaking a plus (not required)
