Safety Watch

Scorpion Oilfield Services Ltd. is seeking immediate employment of Safety Watch / Bottle Watch Personnel. Scorpion offers competitive wages, employee benefit package and would be willing to train the right candidate.

Scorpion Oilfield Services Ltd. is an oilfield production services company based out of Lashburn, SK and Lloydminster, AB/SK; We are looking for highly motivated, reliable individuals to add to our team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Participating in our Safety Program and comply with all applicable safety responsibilities.

- Set up and maintain safety equipment. Inspect equipment at the beginning of each work shift.

- Maintain vehicle and work area in a clean, tidy, and professional condition.

- Coordinate and complete Pre-Job Safety Meetings with all on-site personnel

- Perform on-site safety watch and confined space entry watch

- Intervene in unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and take appropriate action to influence safe behaviors and to create a safe work environment

- Ensure all pertinent paperwork is completed in a neat, accurate and timely manner

Qualifications:

- Previous field safety or related experience is considered an asset;

- Must hold the following valid safety tickets (or willing to obtain): Confined Space Entry & Monitor; Standard First Aid & CPR; H2S Alive; Fall Protection

- Must be willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

- Valid Class 5 License with Clean Abstract
