Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Key Responsibilities
•Cultivate a proactive, engaged safety culture across all Inland Steel Products locations
•Lead incident investigations, analyze trends, and develop key safety performance indicators
•Manage compliance with safety management platforms (SiteDocs, ISNetworld, ComplyWorks, Avetta)
•Deliver safety orientations, training sessions, and support site-specific safety programs
•Conduct regular site safety audits and inspections, providing actionable feedback
•Lead COR audits and maintain COR certification for all branches
•Collaborate with leadership and staff to promote safe work practices and continuous improvement
•Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure ongoing compliance with industry safety standards
What You Bring to the Table
•A Bachelor of Commerce degree or equivalent
•A minimum of 3 years of direct experience in a safety-related role, preferably within an industrial setting
•NCSO (National Construction Safety Officer) certification or equivalent
