The Safety Supervisor will play a critical role in developing, coordinating, and implementing occupational health policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of employees throughout the organization. The role will focus on driving improved safety outcomes, managing a geographically dispersed team of field safety coordinators, and ensuring the effective implementation of safety programs, policies, and processes. This is a hands-on field leadership position with direct responsibility for improving safety results across the organization.

Safety Supervisor in DFW may be required to travel between 40-60%, and that if the position is located in Midland, the travel requirement would be 20%.
